J&J Contracting Inc. was started in 1976. In 1981 I purchased the company after being a employee and subsequently a partner. I incorporated the company in 1985 and continued doing contract work mostly as an industrial and commercial painting subcontractor. In the 90's I began working more and more as a General Contractor adding remodeling and rehabbing of single family homes. In 1994 I was first involved in land development as a partner. Since that time my focus has been on residential development, single family home construction and contract work. I think a company should only grow at a pace where the quality of work can be maintained as the primary focus.
